The estimated project cost is between $10,000,001 and $25,000,000. The work is located in San Juan County, New Mexico, south of Farmington. A SITE VISIT WILL BE IDENTIFIED IN THE SOLICITATION. Principal components of the work are: Earthwork for pipe trenches, pumping plant and appurtenant structures; Furnishing and laying approximately 22.5 miles of 6- through 48-inch-diameter line pipe, or pretensioned concrete cylinder pipe, or PVC pressure pipe, or steel pipe; Constructing delivery installations and furnishing and installing steel pipe for delivery installations; Constructing pumping plant B3.1, including a pre-engineered metal building and two elevated steel tanks at the pumping plant site; Furnishing and installing pumping units and a steel manifold at pumping plant B3.1; Furnishing and installing metal piping, supports, and valves; Furnishing and installing traveling water screen and conveyor; Furnishing and installing line meters and insertable magnetic flowmeters; Furnishing and installing the outdoor single-ended primary and secondary unit substations; Furnishing and installing the grounding system, electrical conduit system and insulated conductors; Furnishing and installing the 5-kV and 15-kV power cables; Furnishing and installing the 5-kV motor control equipment, motor control centers, auxiliary control equipment, plant distribution panelboard and transformer, water level indicating and control systems, miscellaneous electrical equipment and communications system; Installing the Government-furnished programmable controller; and Furnishing and installing the complete lighting system.
