773-2663. This a Pre-Solicitation Notice: Bidders/Offerors interested
in obtaining plans and specifications for this project, must send in
their request on company letterhead stating if you are bidding as a
prime contractor or sub-contractor/supplier, your complete address,
telephone number and fax number along with your Visa or Mastercard
(American Express Credit Card is not Accepted) number, name of
cardholder, credit card expiration date and the applicable solicitation
number to DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING SERVICES, BUILDING 4/D, ATTN: MR
ROY BOWSER, 700 ROBBINS AVENUE, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19111-5094. Upon the
mailing of your request, the charge of $31.00 will be placed against
your credit card account. Two sets of plans and specifications will be
sent via First Class U.S. Mail upon availability to those contractors
who have tendered payment. If a contract number is not annotated as
required your request will not be processed. NO OTHER PAYMENT METHOD

remove and replace carpet in all corridors and bedrooms; remove and
replace suspended ceilings with new lay-in ceiling, suspension system
and new light fixtures and adjustments to sprinkler heads and fire
detection devices in bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors; repair four (4)
common and four (4) single bathing facilities by providing new
individual ceramic tile shower enclosures with terrazo receptors and
new plumbing fixtures, also provide new plastic laminate lavatory
countertops; paint all bedrooms, corriodors and apply High Built Glaze
Coating in Bath and Shower rooms (wet areas); provide existing
radiators with new covers; upgrade Suite "M" to include new drywall
partitions, new ceiling, new interior doors, new light fixtures and
receptacles and adjustments to sprinkler heads and fire detection
devices, new bathroom with ceramic tile floor and walls, new shower
head, valves, new water closet and lavatory; upgrade electical system
in each bedroom to accomodate future window air conditioning with
additional panelboards, circuit breakers, conduit and wiring to serve
new outlets and appliances; in single bedrooms provide vanity base
cabinets with lavatory tops, faucets, medicine cabinets and lights;
provide kitchenette base and wall cabinets, counter top with sink in
all suites; landscape in front of the building; and provide one (1)
concrete pad and incidental related work. The proposed contract listed
here is unrestricted and subject to the evaluation criteria contained
in DFAR 252.219-7008, entitled "NOTICE OF EVALUATION PREFERENCE FOR
SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS CONCERNS:. The applicable SIC Code is 1522
with a size standard of $17.0M. The estimate cost range is $500,000.00
