The work involves supply and exhaust ductwork, steam heat and chilled water piping, direct digital control system, insulation for piping and ductwork and some concrete. All work is to be completed within 60 calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
