23 -- ALL SEASON TRACKED VEHICLE SOL RFQ-98-3 POC MN Shared Service Contracting Unit, 218-626-4364 The USDA -- Forest Service is intending to purchase a small track-type all season vehicle according to the following description: Posi-track HD 4520 with turbo manufactured by ASV Distribution, to include a loader assembly, enclosed cab (including door), cab heater, back-up alarm, 70" low profile bucket, six-way dozer blade. Required delivery date shall be March 2, 1998. We intend to use a 1989 all season vehicle as a trade in. This is an unrestricted procurement. See numbered note #22. (0316)
