Selected firm will survey buildings, structures, and utilities located at the institution. Services include a management plan and specifications for abatement. Selection of firms to be interviewed will be based on the following evaluation factors: Capacity and Capability, 20%; Project Team and Organization, 20%; Experience and Performance, 40%; and Location and Knowledge of Locality, 20%.
