This is a contemplated sole source to Triton Services Inc., Easton PA 18044. Mechanical parameters must be in accordance with Triton drawing 527378 and electrical test shall be in accordance with Bendix specifications 2051774 with acceptance test procedures (ATP) 104650. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-2.
