The HUD Philadelphia Contracting Operations Branch intends to procure Direct Endorsement Valuation/Mortgage Credit Technical Reviews -- 5,000 cases for the HUD Pennsylvania State Homeownership Center located in Philadelphia, PA. These services will be required on an as needed basis for approx. 6 months, with possible extension of two additional one year periods; the SIC code is 7389. Offerors will be required to submit a proposal which includes information about their experience, past performance, and technical capability.
