Dingell, Medical Center, Detroit, Michigan is seeking qualified contractors to provide training for the Education Staff. With the particular focus and orientation of the training a number of content considerations are critical to the requested training. The essential content areas include the following: Defined principles of adult learning, utilization of the dialogue or problem-posing approach to learning, principles of planning or curriculum development, development of needs assessments, effective utilization of groups, and shor and long term evaluation of the learning. The educators must provide combination of orientation, training and the development of a unified team. The trainining will be performed on-site for one week (40 hours). Please provide the cost for training, travel, accommodations and the number of trainers. It is imperative that the educators have experience as skilled educators.
