Z -- COMMISSARY RENOVATIONS SOL RFQ-143-014-8 DUE 123097 POC Amy Snyder, Contract Specialist, (717) 547-1641, extension 546 Solicitation Notice -- The contractor shall furnish labor, materails and equipment necessary to complete all renovations of the Commissary Building at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Ray Brook. The commmissary building is located within the secure perimeter of the institution, so security clearances will be required. Work will include demolition, erection of concrete masonry walls, doors, windows, metal fabrication, electrical, carpentry and related work to complete the job. The overall period of performance shall be one hundred and fifty (150) days, divided into two phases. Phase one allows the contractor one hundred and twenty (120) days to order and accept delivery of all related materilas and equipment. Phase two allows the contractor thirty (30) days to complete the renovations. This project is set-aside for small businesses.
