The purpose of this communication is to advise all prospective bidders that the Presolicitation Conference for the PIGATS Replacement Program that was scheduled for 13 Nov 97 at Depot Repair Facilities at the Boeing Guidance and Repair Center (BGRC), Heath, Ohio has been canceled. In addition, the PIGA Test Station Replacement Program may be undergoing a potential change in Acquisition Strategy and the RFP may be rewritten under FAR Part 15 which has been recently revised. Any comments already completed in response to our Draft RFP announcement may be forwarded to the PCO and will be considered in light of the impact of the probable FAR Part 15 rewrite effort, but further work on the draft RFP should stop.
