The upgrade will be identical to the ATM Division Slice upgrade currently under contract on DAAB07-86-C-K022-P00313. The contractor will also install TIMs into the LOS V(3) upgraded shelters as part of this effort. This is a sole source acquisition with GTE Government Systems Corporation, Taunton, MA in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). (0317)
