THE Department of the Army intends to solicit Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, IA, for depot mintenance capability of the Receiver-Transmitter Sub-Assembly(RTSA) NSN:5820-01-437-8859 and NSN:5820-01-438-8866 which are part of the AN/GSQ-240A(C)Radio Set(JTIDS Class 2M Terminal). The contractor will be responsible for turning the nonfunctional unit received from the field into a unit which meets the most current operational form, fit, and function as called out by applicable technical data. As part of the solicitation, the Government will purchase some additional test equipment to facilitate the effort. Depot Maintenance Work Requirements(DMWRs) do not exist for this equipment.
