In view of the issuance of the final rule regarding acquisitions under the Multiple Award Schedules Program, which was published as General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) Change 76, offerors are advised that open season offers under Solicitation No. FCI-96-DL0001B will not be accepted after December 18, 1997. A new standing solicitation, which incorporates the new commercial acquisition policies, provisions, and clauses in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and GSAR Change 76, will be issued on or about December 17, 1997.
