This requirement is for catered meals requirement contract for the Kansas Army National Guard, Regional Training Institute, Salina, Kansas. Estimated yearly requirements are 25 meals per serving, three meals a day for seven day training periods occurring approximately every other week throughout the year; inactive duty training weekends for between 100-300 meals per serving occurring two week-ends per month; and two 14-day annual training periods for approximately 300 meals per serving three meals a day. This contract is for a base year with two one year option periods for a total contract period of three years. The government facility may be used for preparation of meals. Jimmy Dean meals, heat and serve will be used for headcounts of 25 and below; A rations will be used for headcounts above 25.
