The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC anticipates soliciting under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, a sole source requirement to EAI Corp., 1308 Continental Drive, Abingdon, MD 21009, to develop and publish a Preliminary Report to the draft summary report entitled, "Depleted Uranium (DU) Hard Impact Aerosolization Test Summary Report". This is a continuation of previous work. This includes research, engineering analysis, technical writing, etc. Contractor is intimately familiar with all the issues as he has been part of technical meetings and discussions. The Preliminary Report will contain an introduction, summary, recommendations, and conclusion. This will also include revisions of the current draft report to incorporate new engineering analysis and judgements by the contractor. Much of the information is in contractor format. Contractor will also be responsible for printing and distribution. Reference number notes 22 and 26. (0317)
