J -- COMPLETE 1995 GULFSTREAM G-IV SP EIGHTEEN MONTH INSPECTION SOL NAAN6000804014 DUE 121997 POC Sheila Anderson (816)426-7267, ext. 240 The Aircraft Operations Center (AOC) has a requirement for aircraft inspection, maintenance, repair, and modification on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), 1995 Gulfstream G-IV SP high altitude, fixed wing aircraft N49RF, Serial Number 1246. Contractor shall provide all inspections, maintenance, and spare parts on required scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, warranty work, and modifications (ASCs, CBs and others), which will be done in accordance with all Gulfstream Aerospace, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and NOAA AOC publications. The contractor shall be responsible for all documentation and log book entries. Acceptable aircraft downtime is three (3) to four (4) weeks. Work shall commence on or before April 1, 1998 and shall be completed by May 1, 1998. The aircraft is under warranty for non-structural components through January 12, 1999. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and parts necessary to perform the following types of service, which include but are not limited to; Gulfstream Computerized Maintenance Program (CMP), inspection, repair, maintenance, required manufacturer's and/or customer requested modification, and servicing and lubrication. The contractor shall also furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and parts necessary for repairs to avionics and navigation systems installed in the aircraft, and interior and external cosmetic reworks and repairs. This acquisition is unrestricted. Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be available on or about November 27, 1997. SIC code 3721 applies. All requests for the RFQ shall be in writing.
