The proposed contract provides for on-site maintenance for a variety of makes and models of Automatic Data Processing Equipment. Maintenance shall also include installation/deinstallation of government-owned equipment as required. The equipment to be maintained consists of, but is not limited to: printers, monitors, scanners, plotters, pc's, and workstations. The Contractor's employees who will be performing the services under this contract are required to have a NACI clearance. Contractor's are urged to inspect the site(s) where services are to be performed. Site information is included in the solicitation. Since subcontracting possibilities may exist, it is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement make direct contract with prospective prime contractors early in the procurement stages. Estimated start and completion dates are 01 Apr 98 through 30 Sep 2002. Duration of contract period is one base year plus four one-year option years.
