requirement to have in place a program for the repair and modification
of crash damaged OH-58D Kiowa aircraft. Input National Stock Number
(NSN) 1520-01-125-5476/Part No. OH-58D, with Output NSN:
1520-01-125-5476/Part No. OH-58D. The proposed contract will be an
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type, consisting of three (3),
one (1) year, ordering periods. The planned quantities are a minimum
of one (1) each and a maximum of five (5) each. The estimated input
quantities per each of the three (3) years of performance are; Year 1,
1 Each, Year 2, 2 Each and Year 3, 2 each. A potential contractor will
need to be familiar with the total design parameters, specific repair
parts and test processes for the OH-58D Helicopter. This proposed
acquisition is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Fort Worth,
Texas, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, 10
U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This proposed acquisition is subject to a
qualification requirement. A prospective offeror may contact this
