Knight, Jr., Contracting Officer, 202-708-8709 The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, materials and equipment, necessary for the performance of three types of surveys: Combined Safety and Environmental Management (S&EM) Surveys (OSH compliance, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, and Fire Safety); Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Surveys; and Prelease Surveys. Surveys shall be performed at various locations throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. Period of service will begin on or about April 1, 1998 through March 31, 1999, with four one-year options. Services shall be procured using sealed bid procedures. See numbered Note 1.
