U -- SENTINEL HIGH ORDER LANGUAGE CONVERSION SOL DAAH01-91-C-0002 DUE 010598 POC Phillip T. Rodgers, Contracting Oficer, AMSAM-AC-SM-S/205-842-6005. Sentinel High Order Language (HOL) Conversion. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command intends to procure the the technical support for Sentinel HOL to complete the conversion and or replacement of CPU dependent code and the elimination of the UYK-44EP processor from the Sentinel signal/data processor for the Sentinel System. IAW FAR 6.302-1, intended source is Hughes Aircraft Company, El Segundo, CA as Hughes designed and developed the initial software conversion architecture and is the current manufacture of the Sentinel System. The Government does not own the technical data package or the software documentation and without knowledge of the system specific hardware and software the HOL conversion can not be accomplished -- all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
