The U.S. Information Agency intends to procure meeting and sleeping rooms for a conference to be held in Washington, DC. April 6-8, 1998. Meeting rooms should accommodate plenary sessions of 125 participants in school room style and break out rooms for small groups of 30. Sleeping rooms will be needed for approximately 90 guests. Guests will arrive on both Saturday, April 4 and Sunday, April 5.
