labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to
construct Aeromedical Evacuation Training Facility, 16,000 SF. Project
includes but is not limited to: (1) General site work, (2) Concrete
foundation with reinforced floor slab, (3) Structural steel frame with
masonry walls, (4) Finish carpentry, (5) Built-up roof, (6) Personnel
and overhead doors and windows, (7) Finishes to include Portland
cement plaster, gypsum board system, ceramic and quarry tile,
acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring and carpeting, painting and
vinyl wall covering, (8) Specialties to include: Toliet compartments,
signage, metal lockers, folding partitions and toliet and bath
accessories, (9) Mechanical work and (10) Electrical work including
fire detection system and LAN and voice communications system. This
project will be unrestricted. The SIC Code is 1542, size standard is
$17.0 millon. All work must be completed within 540 calendar days after
date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude is between
$1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All General Contractors interested in
bidding this project must request in writing, an IFB package from:
USPFO for Oklahoma, ATTN: SFC Linda Porter, 3535 Military Circle,
Oklahoma City, OK 73111-4398. No phone requests will be accepted. There
will be a $150.00 non-refundable charge for each solicitation package.
Check or Money Order made payable to AFO OKANG WRANGB must accompany
request. IFB packages will be issued on or about December 19,
