Construction of water pressure booster station, water mains, sewer mains, water and sewer services from existing City of Worley utilities to 33 new houses in the Osprey Spirit housing development. Construction of approximately 3,000 LF of 8-inch PVC water main; 5 EA of 8-inch gate valves; 2 EA connections to exisiting mains; 1 air release assembly; 33 LS of individual water service saddles, stops & meters; 2,700 LF of 1-inch PE individual water service line; 1 water pressure booster station; 2 EA of 8-inch check valves; 2,900 LF of 8-inch PVC sewer main; 2 EA of connections to existing mains; 13 EA of manholes; 33 LS of individual sewer service connections, Wyes; and 2,900 LF of 4-inch PVC individual sewer service line. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is approximately 135 calendar days. The estimated range is between $250,000and $500,000. Performance and payment bonds are required. Buy American Act applies. Indian preference in hiring, suppliers, and subcontractors is required, including meeting Coeur d'Alene Tribal Ordinances.
