The project consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials to design and construct an outdoor lap pool with surrounding decks in accordance with attachment 1 statement of work. The minimum size will be 25 yards long by 21 feet wide by 4 feet deep at the water line. This procurement is conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Hard copies of the solicitation must be requested in writing via email, telefax, or by mail. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Anticipated release date is Novemeber 28, 1997.
