Proposed RFP is for Repair and Overhaul Services of the KC135/B52 Submerged Pump. The proposed RFP is for Basic Two Years with three one year options for NSN 2915-01-003- 5602, Part Nr 60-367-2, and NSN 2915-00-865-9883, Part Nr 60-367A. The first Year Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 100 each, BEQ 100 each for second year, BEQ 220 each for third and fourth year and BEQ 100 each for fifth year. Approved Sources are Boeing FSCM 82918 and Crane Hydroaire, FSCM 81982. GFM to be provided. If not available, contractor will acquire thru CAP procedures. This RFP is for requirements type contract for five years. Unapproved sources must be qualified in accordance with existing qualification requirements. Required delivery: 10 calendar days after receipt of assets, parts and delivery order whichever is later. Shipments shall be to Tinker AFB OK. CREP procedures are applicable to this RFP. Contractor will have to provide all facilities, equipment or oils, lubricants, calibrating fluids and proper storage, use and disposal. Contractor Communication Network capability is required.
