This is a follow-on action to an existing contract. Forensic Technology, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of IBIS equipment that is 100% compatible with existing equipment. Forensic Technology is also the only vendor capable of maintaining and servicing its proprietary equipment. See number Note 22. (0318)
