These services are considered contractual in nature and should not be considered a personal appointment to the Bureau of Prisons. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The work to be performed under the resulting contract shall consist of approximately 22, 190 minute sessions, of instruction to the male inmates, incarcerated at this facility, in the Jewish faith. The instructor of the resulting non-personal service contract must be a validly ordained Rabbi or Cantor with the faculties to conduct Jewish services. Further, the instructor shall provide all religious garments and books to conduct services. This procurement will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
