L02, USCG Telecommunications and Information System Command Alexandria, VA as follows: Remove pipe insulation, ACBM wall board and a section of ACBM duct extending to the roof from the basement. Removed pipe shall be replaced with fiberglass and removed wall board shall be replaced with drywall; Remove ACBM floor tiles throughout the first floor. The suspended ceiling shall be removed and replaced. Restore masonry wall and finishes; and, Remove ACBM insulated duct in mechanical room, storage area, and crawl space. There will be a Unit Bid Item for installation of new ductwork and new cooling unit on the second floor and all associated control work. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K and is open to large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC code is 8999.
