Work also includes but is not limited to, demolition, wood framing and gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, custom cabinets and fixtures, glass storefront system, painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, metal fabrications, security systems, electrical, and heating, ventilating, and air conditioning complete and ready for use. Receiving and installing U.S. Postal Service furnished products and coordination with U.S. Postal Service separate contractors. Provide and pay for all materials, labor, services, equipment, licenses, taxes, and other items necessary for the execution, installation and completion of work indicated in the contract documents. The estimated price range is between $300,000 to 375,000 with completion within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on December 17, 1997.
