Butler, Contracting Officer, 301-496-0192 The Division of AIDS (DAIDS), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), NIH, has a requirement to stimulate development, characterization and testing of prototype vaccines for the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). This is an announcement for an anticipated Request for Proposals (RFP). It is anticipated that one (1) completion type cost-reimbursement contract for a seven-year period of performance will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
