C -- DESIGN SERVICES -- RENOVATE AMBULATORY CARE SOL PROJECT 508-305 DUE 122297 POC Jeff Miller Furnish A/E and related technical services (Site Investigations, Construction Specifications and Drawings, Construction Period Services and Site Visits) to renovate existing Mental Health Clinic and Primary and Specialty Clinic areas at the VA Medical Center, 1670 Clairmont Rd., Decatur, GA. The new clinic area will be a pod arrangement with separate waiting and reception. The new two (2) story addition will provide an additional 14,000 square feet for the expansion of the Ambulatory Care clinics. The mechanical system needs to be upgraded in connection with building the two (2) story addition. A total inspection and hydraulic analysis of the entire chilled water distribution system to determine pressure gradient in the system is required. Disciplines required for this project include: Architect, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineers. Contract prints and as-built drawings are required to be in AutoCAD format that comply with Atlanta VAMC CAD Requirements Manual. Construction Cost Range: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
