Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform dockside
repairs including but not limited to the following minimum items: (1)
Renew Hatch and Scuttle, (2) Renew Watertight Scuttle, (3) Preserve
Main Mast, (4) Anchor Windlass Motor Overhaul, (5) Clean and Inspect
Diesel Fuel Tanks, (6) Overhaul and Test Sea Ark (Utl) Boat Davit, (7)
Preserve Bouy Deck, (8) Clean and Inspect Sewage and Grey Water
Collection and Holding Tank(s), (9) Clean, and Inspect, and Disinfect
Potable Water Tank(s), (10) Install Cosmetic Polymeric Decking System,
(11) Provide Temporary Logistics, etc. Indefinite items include but
are not limited to the following: (1) Ultrasonic Testing, (2) Provide
Additional Temporary Logistics, etc. Vessel's homeport is Galveston,
TX. Work is to be performed at vessel's homepier. Vessel availability
schedule is 23 Feb 98 for 28 calendar days. Vessel is a 180 Foot SLEP
Class Seagoing Buoy Tender. All referenced documents are available for
viewing at 300 East Main Street, Suite 500, Norfolk, VA. A charge of
$50.00 is required in the form of a certified check or money order made
payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. All businesses,
large and small, are encouraged to submit bids for the subject
requirements. Plans and specifications will be issued on or after 1 DEC
97. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered
