This contract is for engineering services to support Software Technology Support Center (STSC) in their mission for the Embedded Software Improvement Program (ESIP). Increasing ceiling on this IDIQ contract from $2,751,667.00 to $9,990,000. This is a 3 year contract with a ceiling which was underestimated. No solicitation will be issued.
