The original synopsis dated 11/14/97 is hereby modified to correct the Subject Title of this procurement, and to provide clarification of the Description. The Title is hereby changed to: Superfund ZONE ENFORCEMENT SUPPORT (ZES) Services for Regions I & II. The Description is hereby changed as follows. DELETE, "The anticipated level-of-effort provides for a two year base period beginning Jan. 1, 1998, with a minimum order of 2,080 hours. The contract will also have three option periods, 1 year each, with a minimum order of 1,040 hours." REPLACE with, "The EPA anticipates full and open competition resulting in an award of an indefinite quantity, cost plus fixed fee, level of effort contract with term form and/or completion form delivery orders. The base year will consist of 24 months with a minimum amount of 2,080 hours, begining Jan. 1, 1999. The contract will provide 3 option periods, 12 months each, with a minimum amount of 1,040 hours each period. The maximum life of the contract, base year plus the 3 opiton periods, if exercised, will be 5 years with a maximum amount not to exceed 66,000 hours." (0321)
