14 -- CONTINUED MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR ADVANCED TOMAHAWK WEAPONS CONTROL SOL N00019-95-C-0253 POC Joe Chojnacki, Contract Specialist, Phone (301) 757-5936 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to extend performance for continuing maintenance of Start-up Diagnostic (SD) software for the Launch Control Group (LCG) segment of the Advanced Tomahawk Weapons Control System (ATWCS) for attack missiles on U.S. ships and submarines. The period of performance for this software maintenance will be 1 January 1998 through 31 December 1998. A sole source modification will be issued against contract N00019-95-C-0253 to McDonnell Douglas Corporation (Boeing) of P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO, as the only responsible source able to provide SD software maintenance for ATWCS. Also they are the only firm possessing the required knowledge, data, equipment, and facilities necessary to provide continuing software maintenance in the required time-frame.
