Manufacturing will be in accordance with Raytheon drawings and specifications. A minimum of the following aspects apply: Precision specifications, chemical film in accordance with MIL-C-5541, welding in accordance with MIL-W-8604, brazing in accordance with MIL-B-7883. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 3499 and the size standard is 500 employees or less. Required delivery is 120 days after contract award. Shipping terms are FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in this solication. The drawing packages will be available upon request.
