This is a combined synopis/solicitation for commerial ites prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and awritten soolicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are thoses in effect throught Federal Acquisition Circular 90-6. Solicitation DAHA3898T5044 is an RFQ. The resultant award will contain four (4) line items: Item 0001: 1ea Diagnostic System: Electronic, mixed signal test workstation capable of fault diagnostic of digital, analog, or hybrid circuit boards, and IC chips. Diagnostic ability in in-circuit powered up mode and out of circuit mode utilizing edge connectores/ or bed-of-nail fixture and clips/probes. System will include V/I curve tracer and VXI moduels for testing analog elements on hybrid boards. System will have 96-pin functional test capability, 96-pin signature analysis tool, and 96-pin schematic generation capabilities expandable to 192-pin. System will be computer based and include the following as minimum requirements: Pentium 133MHz CPU, 128k Secondary CACHE; 16MB Main Memory, 1.2GB IDE HDD, 14 slot passive packplane; 10 expansion slots, 1.5" 1.44MB FDD, MSDOS6.22, Windows for Workgroups 3.11; 2 Serial Ports, 1 Parallel POrt; PS/2 Serial Mouse, Keyboard, Test rate programable to 10MHz: Programmable voltages: Drive voltages+/- 12v @ 10MV resolution Sensor Voltages to +/- 13V @ 10MV resolution; 750mA Drive Current UUT Power Supply with the following voltages: +5V @ 20Amps +12V @ 4 Amps -12V @ 3 Amps -- 5V @ 2Amps Diagnost software will be MS-WINDOWS based, menu drive, utilizing point and click technique.
