Labeled & initialized (serial numbers must run consecutively. The numbers will be given to the awardee). These tapes are for the Primary Product Server (PPS) imagery system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses of FAR Part 12.3. All responsible sources may submit offers which ONI shall consider. The provision at 52.312-2, Evaluation-Commerical Items applies. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government in terms of price, technical capability of the services, and past-performance of the contractor.
