The US Navy has a requirement for the procurement of a complete set of Level III drawings, Electro Impulse, Inc., drawing number 16282, item Heat Exchanger. The drawing package will be in accordance with MIL-T-31000 Product Drawing DOD-D-1000 Level III which also includes MIL-STD-100. The drawing package will include, but is not limited to drawing lists, data lists, wiring lists, parts lists, schematics, master patterns, performance specifications, repair specifications, replacement parts identified. The drawings shall be in accordance with the stated specifications and using AUTOCAD V13 software. The contractor shall also provide drawings on 3.5 inch floppy disk along with one hard copy. A complete list of drawings shall also be included for inventory pruposes. The Government will negotiate with only one source, Electro Impulse, Inc. The drawings and all applicable information are exclusive to Electro Impulse, the original manufacturer of the Heat Exchanger. A firm fixed price contract will be awardedutilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 3594 and the size standard is 500 employees or less. The delivery date will be negotiated with Electro Impulse, Inc. Shipping terms are FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
