D -- AUTOTRACK AND SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES POC Kevin Merriweather, 202-927-7716 The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) has a requirement for the services of an autotrack database that provides access to public information from both national and state sources including, but not limited to: Social security numbers, current and past addresses, telephone numbers, assets, corporations, relatives and associates. Database must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All information must be cross referenced with historical as well as current information. There is not an RFQ for this procurement. Award will be based on abilitity to provide the service listed above at the lowest price. All interested parties must submit a written quote within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH/Vendor Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. Quotes are acceptable by mail or fax at 202-927-8688.
