The General Services Administration, San Diego Field Office is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to (1) remove and replace the present air coils from S-1 and S-6 air handlers, (2) insulate, spray and seal all ducting for seven air handler systems, (3) install filters and racks (as necessary) at penthouse wall intake louvers, (4) clean-up mechanical space containing seven air handlers, (5) repair/replace condensate pans for seven air handlers (6) wash and clean out five air handler coils, (7) install volume dampers and access panels, (8) complete air balancing on entire HVAC system, (9) install new flex duct and (10) install pipe insulation. Work to be performed at the Calexico Border Station, 200 First Street, Calexico, California. Solicitation packages will be available on or about December 1, 1997 NOT November 21, 1997 as previously advertised.
