This project consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and performance of all work within the drawings and specifications. The project includes reconfiguring the piping in the chiller plant, altering the piping in the dormitory mechanical rooms, and installing timer switches in the dormitory bathrooms. The project site is located within the 48, 49, and 50 blocks on keesler AFB, MS. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This action is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. Project requirements will be made available on or about 28 Dec 97. The estimated bid opening date is 28 Jan 98. Cost for the IFB package is $40.00 (non-refundable) which should be submitted with the request by certified check or money order only, made payable to Keesler Accounting and Finance Office.
