This project consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and performance of all work on the drawings and specifications. The project includes exterior alterations and repair to the rectangle dormitories. The project site is located at Bldgs 4811, 4812, 4813, 4815, and 4817. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Project requirements will be made available on or about 18 Dec 97. The estimated bid opening date is 21 Jan 98. Cost for the IFB Package is $35.00 (non-refundable), which should be submitted with the request by certified check or money order only, made payable to Keesler Accounting and Finance Office.
