Design and develop a cockpit for the 4BN helicopters which are currently being developed by Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., P.O. Box 482, Fort Worth, TX 76101 under the contract N00019-96-C-0128, the resulting design must maximize commonality with the 4BW cockpit which is also being developed under that contract. Only BHTI, who is currently developing both the 4BN helicopter and the 4BW cockpit has adequite knowledge of the effort currently under contract to meet this requirement. The modification will also require delivery of test assets, testing, test support, training and associated engineering and logistics supplies and services. (0323)
