66 -- INSTRUMENTS & LABORATORY EQUIPMENT -- TEST PROGRAM SET SOL N68335-98-R-0049 DUE 121997 POC Dawn Chartier, (732) 323-2933 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to negotiate a sole source modification with Raytheon, E-Systems for the acquisition of an additional Test Program Set (TPS) under contract N68335-97-C-0005. The TPS is needed in support of the AN/ALE-50 Launcher Systems Shop Replaceable Assembles from the Integrated Multiple Platform Launch Controller Assembly Weapon Replaceable Assembly for the F/A-18E aircraft. The AN/ALE-50 TPSs will fault detect and isolate to validate repair actions on the AN/ALE-50. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. Raytheon, E-Systems is the sole owner of the logistics support analysis data base and source data to produce the engineering data required for the TPS development. They are the principle developer of the AN/ALE-50 avionics and all the associated data. (0323)
