The cover must include louvers, turbine vents,and lockable personnel access doors. Lockable service entrances one of which shall be electrically operated. Cover movement will be accomplished by crane and two 4-point lifts. The cover must be easily separated into two sections with an eyebolt installed in each corner of the sections. Eight vertically mounted ladders to access the lifting lugs are required. No less than R-30 insulation and a shelf in each corner, as well as a shelf on each long wall to support 100lbs. Roof and walls shall support a minimum snow load of 25lbs per square foot and a 90 mph wind load. Initial on-site assembly is required. A limited number of Government drawings are available. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests for the solicitation.
