In addition, the contractor is to be available for Emergency visits (4 per year if needed) 24 hours with a response time of 4 hours or less. The solicitation contains provisions for a Base Year plus Four Option Years. The contractor will be responsible for service on 3 watertube boilers which operate from October through May and a Clever Brooks firetube boiler which operated May through October. In addition, the contractor must be knowledgable with WonderWare software controls which will be installed with a new Donlee boiler sometime during the first year of service. The Monthly service visits are to be for 9 hours of on-site work. The contractor is to provide quotes on a per visit basis. Interested contractors are encouraged to visit the work site.
