Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic is procuring a Non-personal service purchase order with an individual or firm capable of providing all aspect of non personal Dental Hygiene Services in accordance with the established principles, practices and ethics of the American Dental Association. Services are to be provided at the U. S. Coast Guard Training Center, Cape May, NJ. This requirement is for a full time position, Monday through Friday; 40 hours per week; 50 weeks per year. Exclusive of Federal holidays. The Statement Of Work, in addition to a listing of the specific services required, will be provided in the solicitation. Services are to be performed on site. The performance period will be a base period of (12) twelve months. The SIC Code for this acquisition is 8049 with a $5 Million or less average annual receipts.
