This solicitation is to contract for services of professional real estate appraisers who will prepare appraisals on HUD acquired foreclosed properties in preparation for the Property Disposition Sales Program located in the Knoxville Area Office. The basic contract period will run one year from the date of award with two one year options. Appraisers must be state licensed or certified residential.
