The sole-source contract will be a cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort, term contract for a six month base period at 15,000 direct productive labor hours (DPLH) and two, three month option periods for 7,500 DPLH each. The Office of Development and Technology Transfer considers the continued support to be essential to the fulfillment of program mission objectives.
